Donations and fundraising
Useful support, honest fundraising and clear arrangements before giving.
Giving through approved channels
This website does not process online payments or publish bank details. Call +44 7360 093019 to discuss support and confirm an authorised arrangement. Do not send money or goods using an unverified message or social-media comment.
Campaigns must describe the support needed, its intended use and the confirmed way to give. Accepted items, collection points and dates are announced after arrangements are confirmed. Please wait for those details before delivering goods.
Responsible fundraising
Fundraising statements must describe real activities and verified results. Budgets, targets and restrictions on a gift must be agreed before they are presented as confirmed. Registration and tax-relief statements must reflect verified organisational status.
Money and goods received must be recorded with their agreed purpose and subsequent use, with appropriate oversight. In-kind donations must be clean, safe and suitable. The charity may decline unsuitable goods or support with conditions it cannot meet.
Receipts, mistakes and concerns
Agree any receipt, delivery and restricted-gift arrangements with the authorised contact before giving. If you believe a payment or handover was mistaken, contact the charity promptly with a safe reference and the circumstances; do not send full bank-card or account details through the website.
Lisa Mutinhiri handles fundraising complaints on +44 7360 093019. Ask for Tallyn Mckale if the complaint concerns the usual reviewer. A refund or return is considered against the agreed arrangement and applicable requirements; it is not automatically promised.
