Impact & accountability

Trust grows through care.

Every contribution deserves thoughtful handling. Every person deserves dignity. These principles shape the way we are building the organisation.

Show the work. Learn from it.

Our aim is to record what was collected, what was distributed, who was reached and the people and partners who made it possible.

The Harare event is documented through photographs and video. The Xenophobia Response and Relocation Initiative is also documented through its project record and supplied photographs. Verified totals and reports will be added as programme records are completed. We also want to share challenges, lessons and follow-up needs.

People

Stories with dignity.

Identifiable photos and stories should be shared with appropriate permission and respect for the person involved.

Resources

Practical accountability.

Programme records should connect contributions, activities and distributions so the team can report honestly.

Relationships

Local follow-through.

Trusted community partners help shape support and understand what is needed after an event.
