Visitor pages and forms
The website does not add advertising trackers, marketing subscriptions or analytics cookies. Form answers are held in page memory while you complete the form and are sent when you submit. The application does not save sensitive answers in browser local storage.
The hosting platform may use essential access, security and session technologies. During private preview it requires platform sign-in. Public visitor access does not itself authorise access to staff information or the administration APIs.
Staff sign-in
Firebase Authentication provides Google sign-in for authorised staff. The application requests browser-session persistence so the sign-in can continue during that browser session. Google and Firebase manage their own sign-in, account-security and multi-factor verification technologies.
SMS verification is requested only when the person selects that method and clicks Send code, with Firebase’s visible reCAPTCHA where required. Verification codes and pending challenges are kept in application memory and are not saved in content drafts or activity records.
Your controls and questions
You can manage site storage through your browser and sign out of the administration workspace. Blocking essential sign-in storage can prevent staff sign-in from working. The visitor website does not require a marketing-cookie choice because it adds no advertising or analytics tracking.
