Accessibility statement

Our accessibility aims, the checks completed and a route to request help.

Using the website

We aim to make the website usable on small screens and with a keyboard, with readable text, clear headings, visible form labels and helpful validation messages. Important meaning should not depend only on colour. Motion should respect a reduced-motion preference.

The website has received desktop and mobile layout checks and checks of form labels, error handling and administration dialogs. A full independent accessibility audit has not been completed; this statement is not a claim of certified conformance.

Help and feedback

Call +44 7360 093019 if you encounter a barrier or need information in another format. Tell us the page or task, the help needed and a safe reply method. Device or browser details can help but are optional.

Lisa Mutinhiri coordinates accessibility feedback. We review reported barriers and explain the available assistance or planned correction. Urgent safeguarding concerns should use the safeguarding route instead.
